Refund policy

RETURN POLICY


At EBAHDA, all sales are final.


We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect item.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ebahdastudios@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.


Our team will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution.


Refunds & Store Credit

If your claim is approved, compensation will typically be issued as store credit.


Refunds to the original payment method may be granted only at the discretion of the EBAHDA Team. If approved, please allow 3–8 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account depending on your financial institution.


Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:


  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind
  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Items returned without approval
